mixed feelings about my stay
inattentive staff small room
the service was disappointing i found the staff were not very attentive i expected more personalized care for the price i paid the breakfast buffet lacked variety and some items tasted stale also the room size felt smaller than advertised i felt cramped

the staff was helpful and accommodated us quickly they even sent someone to bring our suite cases from the other hotel the suite was roomy clean and beautiful we enjoyed all the delicious food from room service

Really good Stay
helpful staff quick accommodation clean suite
The hotel staff was helpful. We had our room in the morning, so we did not have to wait for check-in. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautiful. They laid out drinks and chocolate for us one night after we explored the city.
I wanted to have a drink in the lounge. it was closing. The Spy Bar was also fully booked. I would prefer my tonic out of my own bottle so I can dictate the amount poured as opposed to out of a large plastic bottle, it didn't quite fit with the image.

The Drawing Room pastry trolley had some mistakes though it was quite funny. There were errors in the menu, 'Dawing Room pastry Trolly' instead of Drawing Room Pastry Trolley, 'Spiach' instead of Spinach.

The hotel has a great location close to many attractions. It is located inside a historic building, and staying there is exciting. At breakfast, we could observe the Royal horses daily, something very special.
